Come and be part of our class where you can enjoy uplifting Christian fellowship while getting a good stretch! We wholeheartedly believe that your body is a temple, and to serve God to the fullest, we need to keep it healthy and strong. Our class is all about encouraging movement with realistic, achievable goals. Located right here in Pickens, our sessions are designed to be intimate and comfortable just for you.
